- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆It is now all but impossible to get an appointment. Phone on the day only, and if you dont get through by 8.30am then you have no chance of seeing a doctor. This practice has been going downhill for some time, but its saving grace used to be the friendliness of the reception staff. Sadly no more. One member of staff was extremely rude to my daughter, until she asked for her surname and realised that she knew one of her relatives - and was subsequently charming. Then today I returned a holiday vaccination form that I was given last Friday, only to be told "we dont take those any more. You need to go to a private company in Ashford." No apology. No explanation. Completely disinterested. She seemed surprised that having been given the form only last week that I might feel irritated to be sent away.By edwardpeppitt, September 09, 2018
